Q | How can I pay for my reservation?
A | USA Bus Charter accepts checks and most major credit cards and wires. Some reservations are not eligible for certain forms of payments. Please consult your reservation sales agent for more information.
Q | What if I need to cancel?
A | USA Bus Charter will provide you with a complete contract and service agreement for all reservations. The terms and conditions including our cancellation policy is provided to each client.
Q | What if my vehicle arrives late?
A | USA Bus Charter will provide you with the cell phone number of your driver 1-2 days prior to your service being provided. Feel free to contact your driver .60 minutes prior to pick up to confirm there are no issues preventing your vehicle from arriving on time.
Q | How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A | Availability can be extremely limited at times. Please, book your reservation as soon as you know you need the service to avoid price increases or our company being sold out. The more notice you provide, the better the pricing you generally receive.
Q | How come you don't post rates online?
A | Each reservation is different and no two are the same. Prices are based on the city of service, the type of vehicle, duration of charter, desired service, number of passengers, availability and other factors. Each reservation is custom quoted to provide you with an exact price for your transportation needs.
